In the final Eastside neighborhood exploration undertaken with Dooley I explored Rose Hill. The small residential area, founded in 1904, is the center of a surprisingly heated battle between the El Sereno Historical Society and LA-32 Neighborhood Council, both of which make some pretty crazy claims. Ignoring that noise completely, I just walked around and saw what I could see.
